2. Data We Collect
We collect identifiers (name, email, phone), professional context (company, role), technical data (IP, browser, device), communication content (forms, support tickets), and learning activity (assignment submissions, survey responses).
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed to deliver courses, respond to inquiries, improve curricula, send operational notices, comply with law, and—only with consent—send marketing about upcoming cohorts.
4. Legal Basis
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, analytics with consent), legal obligations, and consent where required.
5. Retention
Enrollment records are kept seven years for tax and dispute purposes. Marketing consents until withdrawn. Server logs up to twelve months. Anonymized analytics may be retained longer.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We use processors for hosting, email, video conferencing, and survey tools under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside Korea occur only with safeguards described in section 8.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable. Withdraw marketing consent anytime. Lodge complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC). Contact us first for prompt resolution.
8. International Transfers
Some tools may process data in the United States or EU. We apply standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures and assess vendor security practices.
9. Security Measures
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, periodic access reviews, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to our security contact promptly.
10. Children
Services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to delete inadvertent minor data.
11. Policy Changes
We update this notice when practices change. Significant updates will be announced on-site and, for active students, by email.
