Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility Overview
Paid course enrollments may qualify for refunds under the conditions below. Free resources and downloadable samples are non-refundable. Consumer rights under the Republic of Korea Electronic Commerce Act and Framework Act on Consumers apply where mandatory.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off
If you enroll remotely without onsite consultation, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days of payment if no live sessions or graded submissions have started. Contact admissions@messageportal.digital with your enrollment ID.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refund is available if we cancel a cohort, if technical failure on our side prevents access for more than seventy-two consecutive hours, or within the cooling-off window above.
4. Partial Refunds
After the first live session, partial refunds may equal tuition minus consumed weeks and non-recoverable license fees we prepaid on your behalf. Calculation sheet provided on request.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party exam vouchers, shipped hardware kits, and capstone demo day fees once scheduled are non-refundable. Administrative fees of KRW 30,000 may apply to late cancellations.
6. Refund Process
Submit written request with legal name, course name, payment date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds process to the original payment method.
7. Processing Time
Refunds typically appear within seven to fourteen business days depending on card issuers and Korean banking holidays.
8. Cohort Transfers
You may transfer to a later cohort once without fee if requested seven days before start. Second transfers incur KRW 50,000 administrative charge.
9. Exceptions
Misconduct, credential sharing, or Terms violations void refund eligibility. Force majeure events may reschedule rather than refund at our discretion with your consent.
