1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing messageportal.digital or enrolling in Messageportal Digital Academy programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our site and services. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a revised date.
2. Services Description
We provide mentor-led IT courses, workshops, and related educational materials focused on low-code workflow automation and adjacent digital skills. Course descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance from our admissions team.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain credential confidentiality, and use course materials only for personal or authorized organizational learning. You must not redistribute lab files, record sessions without permission, or harass mentors or peers.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, curricula, templates, and branding remain the property of Messageportal Digital Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials during enrollment. Portfolio work you create remains yours, subject to any third-party tool licenses you use.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or course participation. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeonggi-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
7. Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms or disruptive conduct. You may withdraw from a course according to our Refund & Cancellation policy. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For enrolled students, material adverse changes will be communicated by email where feasible.
